The terms and conditions for booking with taxialicante.eu:
Our services are governed by general conditions. Enclosed you will find them applicable for taxi Spain.
Alicante -Valencia Taxi reserves the right to cancel at the last moment the taxi service in the case of accidents and related delays, unplanned demonstrations and organized disruptions, police operations, unforseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other similar events outside our control. Although we will do our best to ensure that this does not happen.
Making a booking.
In order to make a reservation all bookings must be placed and received by us, at least 24 hours in advance of your departure. All bookings less than 24 hours must be requested via the 24 hour contact number.
Special requests
Transfers at night between 22:00 and 06:00, will attract a surcharge if 10 Euro's, on the tariff. transporting children under the age of 4 years will by necessity require the use of a car seat. Please ask at the time of booking. No additional charge for car seat. Please advise when booking if you are using a wheelchair, carrying golf bags, etc, also will you be bringing your pet with you?
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at any time, but please let us know within the 24 hour period to allow us to re-schedule accordingly.
Departure or arrival at the airport
Sometimes it happen you're flight's delayed or you changed your flight, please inform us on time! In case of delays, please call us if the delay is more than 45 minutes. Provided you have supplied the correct flight information on your booking, no charge will be made for any flight delays.
Right of admittance
We reserve the right to refuse carriage of any person who is thought to be under the influence af alcohol or drugs. We also reserve the right to refuse those whose behavior or language is thought to be abusive or offensive and could cause a threat, damage or offence to the driver or other passengers.
Waiting time
The driver will wait at the agreed pick up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. After one hour, we we'll charge you 12,50€, each additional quarter.
